Artwork transparency
Visitors should be able to understand who made a work, how it was made and whether it is available. Artists select a process label and provide further disclosure where needed.
Process labels
Traditional covers primarily physical materials and hand processes. Digital covers work created with digital tools. Mixed process combines physical and digital methods. AI-assisted means generative or machine-learning tools supported part of a substantially artist-directed process. AI-generated means generated output is a primary part of the displayed work.
Disclosure
AI-assisted, AI-generated and collaborative work must explain the material contribution of tools and other creators. Labels describe process; they are not a judgement of artistic value.
Rights and consent
Every uploader confirms that they created the work or hold permission to display it. A process label does not replace copyright, privacy, publicity or cultural-rights obligations.
Availability
“Available” is information supplied by the artist and may change. Unless a work links to The Orc’s Head shop, the gallery does not process or guarantee the transaction.
Questions or concerns
Use the copyright and content report when you believe a listing is inaccurate, infringing or misleading.
